Water Problems

In our climate, we are subject to water problems all year. In the winter, melting snow on the roof can get into your home. In the summer, large rainfalls can result in sewer backup and sump pump malfunction.

• Roof - control the accumulation of snow on your roof and ensure that the eaves troughs are clear of ice buildup. If they are not, melting snow will get under the shingles and damage the interior of your home.
  
• Basement - ensure that your sump pump is in a proper location and functioning. Have a battery operated sump pump as a backup.
